🔁 Return & Exchange Policy — Cartimium

At Cartimium, we follow a strict quality control process to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

📦 7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return period from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged.
• The product received is defective.
• The wrong product was delivered.

Customers are encouraged to open and inspect the parcel at the time of delivery in the presence of the rider. If a product is visibly damaged or incorrect, you may refuse the parcel immediately.

🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Cartimium will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return request is for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the shipping charges.

🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchange is only applicable if we deliver the wrong product, a damaged product, or a defective item.

To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Subject to stock availability.

If the delivered product matches your order and has no defects or damage, no exchange will be provided.
